Our Terminal Services provide access points for you to use the satellite communications services, either on land or at sea.

They are available as a stand-alone service, or may be an integral part of your order, depending on the nature of the contract.

All terminals are supplied with remote over the air Control & Monitoring and PMS (Paradigm Modem System) modems providing full integration with the Skynet 5 system.

Our Terminal Services are designed specifically to manage issues of risk and performance so you can focus on operational issues:

• Terminals have been selected, tested and accredited and are ready for deployment

• Terminals are ready for use when required, either through Paradigm’s stock management or through careful supplier and lead time management

• 24/7 telephone support for deployed users

• User training at Paradigm’s Training School.
